“Hokkaido Cheese Toast is Say Chiizu’s signature product. Once you give it a try you will find yourself suddenly falling in love with our signature stretchy and fun cheese toast”.At Say Chiizu, we are extremely focused and meticulous in every step of the way, staring from the source as we treat cows to produce cheese because our objective is getting the best quality products and cheese is our main ingredient.

All cheese that SayChiizu use are made from fresh cheese only. We have various types of cheese, for example, mozzarella cheese which is the most important component of our product.Our Mozzarella cheese is produced by curing milk in lactic acid for two days. Whilst our cheese sauce is made from a secret recipe which is passed through our R&D team which does comprehensive testing with know-how from Hokkaido, Japan.Our sauce is cured only 3 days by storing milk inside as much as possible and that is the reason why our sauce has a signature taste and scent.When our cheese is combined with our home-made recipe toasted bread, which is Hokkaido Milk Toast, it becomes Say Chiizu’s signature Hokkaido Cheese Toast.

The best ingredients we use, the fresh food and good quality materials direct from the farm has no additive, no coloring as our customers are the #1 concern.

Big Bear Story

The “Hokkaido Cheese Toast” face of mascot, is a Big Bear which started from Khun Jae (Co-Founder of Saychiizu) whom always jokingly call Khun Aor (Founder) a ‘Bear’.After much discussion, the two decided to use the Bear as the official face of SayChiizu. When people see SayChiizu they immediately recognize the “Smiling Bear”.

Both Aor and Jae love cheese, they have worked in Europe and Australia where cheese is so popular. From the first day they have gone through numerous trials and errors and have worked tirelessly. Before SayChiizu has become what it is today.

The most important to both founders, is the starting point, where they do what they love and would like customers to receive good tasting products.Since July,2015, as SayChiizu Fries was launched at a flea market, followed by Hokkaido Cheese Toast in August,2016, and the latest product Cheese Drinks was released early in 2017.

Aor and Jae never stopped doing R&D for new SayChiizu products and interesting flavours! They are working like a warm family, and have the same passion for the SayChiizu brand, serving the best products to customers because.“Your Smile is My Happiness” is the brand’s concept.
